What’s included in training and support?

Training and support is a big part of the Signs Express franchise package. We hold a four-week training course at our custom-designed training facility in Norwich, where you meet the support team and other franchisees. You will also be shown technical and production techniques as well as training in accounts, business development, human resources, IT, operations, marketing, and national accounts management.

Support is ongoing and starts with help and advice in setting up your business. You’ll receive a wealth of ongoing support from the team at head office who combine an invaluable mix of industry experience. The team are always on hand to answer queries and provide advice for any problem you may encounter.

The support team manages technical and operational queries, sales and marketing, national accounts and negotiates supplier relationships on behalf of the group. Specialists in IT, accounts and HR are with you every step of the way.
