What you will be:

You will be the Editor of your own community magazine. Your responsibility will be to fill the magazine with content, including local information and advertising, which is where you make your substantial income.

Your magazine will normally be monthly, but if you want to publish bi-monthly you can - because you're in control, remember - and it'll be delivered free through doors in your area and placed in libraries, community centres etc. Average distribution is around 2,000
