The initial training is a 10 day programme which includes both classroom and on the job training. You will work closely with the Merry Maids franchise development team in covering all the preparation, procedures and systems necessary to build, manage and operate a domestic cleaning franchise. As the franchisor, we are committed to helping you develop a successful and profitable business.
We will continue to work with you as your business develops with training courses available throughout the year. With regular network meetings, seminars and conferences, you have the added benefit of sharing ideas and best practice with fellow franchise owners.
