Magic Sand Painting appeals to a wider range of children than most other children’s franchises and activities.  We recommend ages 3-12, but we have also had many happy customers both older and younger, teenage girls in particular enjoy the creativity that Magic Sand Painting allows.  Our wide range of picture designs mean that we have small simple designs for the younger children, through to intricate complicated designs that will keep even the most meticulous of teenagers occupied.

Magic Sand Painting creates a calm environment.  Children (and parents) become completely absorbed in the activity, and this makes it perfect for so many different locations and environments including birthday parties, Christmas parties, weddings, Christenings, communions, family events, fun days and even festivals.

Magic Sand Painting also works really well with disabled and special needs children and adults. Children with even very low motor neurone skills can still produce a picture that looks as flawless as any other child.  It’s a calm and systematic process. What does the franchise package include?

• All equipment necessary, including two bespoke designed mobile Magic Sand Painting tables, complete with bowls, spoons & containers, two mobile display stands, and even the laminator
• Initial stock materials, including large and small pictures, covering designs suitable for boys and girls, and 12 different colours of sand
• Marketing equipment, including a pop-up party promotion banner, 5000 personalised printed promotional flyers, promotional Kids Bee Happy stickers and branded shirts
• Your own webpage on the Kids Bee Happy website
• Training and support
• Exclusive geographical territory
• Annual license, with renewal at £250 +vat per year
  
  

Training

Initial training

Your franchise package will be personally delivered to you and we will then provide a full day’s training.  The training will include everything; how to set up the equipment, how to create Magic Sand Painting and tips and techniques to help you engage the children, marketing and business discussions.  We also ask you to arrange to have some children around later in the day so we can run through a typical event.

Marketing

We will work with you to provide you with an initial launch marketing campaign in your local area.  This may include newspaper editorial and advertising.  For others it may be a launch event in a shopping centre or other suitable event.

Telephone and email support

We are available for ongoing support by both email and telephone.  You will have a mobile telephone number that you can call to speak directly to one of the Kids Bee Happy management team.  We are not an anonymous corporate organisation and you are welcome to get in touch as often as you like to discuss your franchise business, or just to talk to us about how much you are enjoying it.

Online support

We will help you create social network profiles on websites such as Twitter and Facebook.  You will have access to photographs, brochures and other templates to help you in your marketing.  This support is provided mainly through our private franchisees forum.  This forum is completely hidden from anyone other than signed up franchisees, and so it’s a safe and private place to share marketing information, tips, and other discussions between yourself and other franchisees, as well as ourselves as franchisors.

Online stock ordering

The franchisees only website also includes an online shop where you can view and order stock.

Events and exhibitions

As part of our operations, we attend a large number of events and exhibitions throughout the country. If these events are in your operational area then we will offer you the opportunity to come along to these free of charge to promote your business to the local audience.

Accounting and business advice

Kids Bee Happy is working with an online accountancy company to provide low cost business and accounting support to franchisees anywhere across the country.  Packages which include accounting software, accounts and tax returns cost as little as £20 per month.  Additionally, we have a specific forum for  business and accounting to answer your questions.

Additional bespoke training

If you feel that you still require further training that can’t be covered via any of the above options, then we’d be happy to provide additional training days at a special rate that will be designed to provide help and support for you in whatever way you require

Costs, fees and the small print

The cost of a Kids Bee Happy franchise is £3,995 +VAT.  This includes the full franchise package and a specified territory.  Licenses are renewed annually, and there are no additional annual payments required based on profits, turnover, or activity.  There are also no ongoing monthly management or marketing fees.
