Home James gives their customers the freedom to use their cars and to enjoy a drink, relaxed in the knowledge that one of our experienced drivers will drive them home safely.

FRANCHISE PACKAGE

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

To get you started we provide you with a two day training course at our Jersey, Channel Islands office where you will receive training in every aspect of the operations along with a detailed operations manual.
This is then followed up with three days area training within the territory with one of our marketing representatives to assist in the launch and promotion of the business.

We have a National Call Centre in place that is equipped with state of the art computer systems and is manned by phone operators and industry professional dispatch controllers who are there to handle all customer enquiries, quotes, bookings and the operational dispatch of your drivers leaving you free to focus on promoting your business and providing an excellent service to your customers.

Ongoing administrative support is given by way of weekly financial reports detailing all bookings carried out by each franchisees driver's.

You will also have continued access to dedicated personnel who are there to help and guide you as you develop your business.
