Dublcheck offers a high quality franchise system delivering their commercial cleaning system in offices, showrooms, retail outlets, factories, warehouses, pubs, clubs and leisure centres to name a few.
The business for sale is a well established franchise and, whilst the franchise is not strictly territory bound, the current contracts are predominantly in South Essex (RM, SS and CM postcode areas) and the purchaser would need to be able to operate within that area. Many contracts are sourced from central marketing activity and all invoicing and money collection is managed electronically by Dublcheck, allowing the franchise owner to concentrate on developing lasting client relationships.
The purchaser would receive all the training and start up support provided to any new franchises of the system. Additionally the current owners will facilitate a full handover of clients and contacts to the successful purchaser.
