As a Colourfence Franchisee you will be marketing and installing Colourfence, a proven product which is guaranteed not to rust rot warp or peel for 25 years, comes in a variety of colour and size configurations, and needs no maintenance other than an occasional wash down with a garden hose. With prices comparable to quality timber, but with no maintenance required, Colourfence is an extremely attractive alternative fencing solution for both domestic and commercial clients

You will also have access to our ColourRail range of quality railings and gates which is priced to undercut traditional wrought ironwork.

Because of our excellent products and service philosophy we are proud to report that despite the economic gloom and doom an overwhelming majority of our 25 established Franchisees have experienced significant sales growth over the last 12 months. As customer awareness of this attractive alternative to timber fencing products grows, we firmly believe this trend is set to continue, and that a Colourfence Franchise will provide substantial rewards for suitably motivated individuals.

As a Franchise owner you will have access to the Colourfence and ColourRail product ranges at a significant discount off RSP plus retain 100% of installation fees.

The success of your Franchised business is very much down to you but we will support you every step of the way with comprehensive training and a unique marketing support package.

The Franchisee fee is £15,000 plus VAT but we recommend you secure access to an additional £10,000 - £15,000 to cover a vehicle, tools and working capital as the business grows to profitability. We have established relationships with a number of high street banks who are normally willing to advance between 50% and 70% of the funds required so any prospective franchisee would normally need to find a minimum of £10,000 from their own resources.

You will have your own protected territory to develop of approximately 200k delivery points and a commitment from H.O. to match your local marketing expenditure from central funds on a 50:50 basis.(worth up to £7000 over the first two years of operation and based on a percentage of sales thereafter.)

It is important to note that because of this marketing investment in your local area, Colourfence do not make money out of selling Franchises per se. Colourfence only make money when our Franchisees are successful at selling our products, and we believe this approach is the basis of our excellent working relationships. We are in this together and when you are successful, then we will be too.

Because of this we won’t take on just anybody for the sake of another franchise fee, and we are quite particular who partner with. However, if you think you have what it takes, then we would like to hear from you.
