Conference booking terms and conditions
1. The copyright in the material contained in this web site belongs to Venture Marketing Group Ltd (VMG) except where it is stated otherwise. All rights are reserved by VMG. Except solely for your own personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the law, no part of this web site may be copied, performed, published, broadcast or adapted in any other medium without the prior written permission of VMG.2. All tickets and discounts are subject to availability and are payable in advance of the start of an exhibition &/or conference. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
3. Tickets cannot be refunded unless an exhibition &/or conference is cancelled, or abandoned when less than half the programme has taken place, exceptional circumstances notwithstanding.
4. Tickets are sold subject to VMG’s right to make any alterations in the exhibitor &/or speaker list or any other advertised arrangements.
5. Right of admission reserved to franchisors only; VMG reserves the right to allow non-franchisors attendance in a sponsor’s capacity and/or at its discretion only.
6. Latecomers cannot be guaranteed access to the auditoria until a convenient break in a conference.
7. Smoking in the auditoria is prohibited.
8. Accommodation at the Hyatt Regency is subject to availability when booked in conjunction with one delegate place at the Franchise Marketing Conference 2008. An early booking discount rate is available at £35 for accommodation booked and paid for by 11 August 2008, after which time the rate increases to £55.
9. The use of any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, taking of photographs or images, or video recording) is prohibited unless prior written permission is received from VMG.
10. Whilst VMG has made every effort to ensure that all information, including ticket prices and conference content, dates and times, contained within this web site is correct at the time of going live, to the extent permitted by law VMG shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever, which may arise from any reliance upon, the use of or any dealings with any of the information contained in this web site.
11. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from this web site or any information contained in it.
